Shedding It

It’s Been a Rough Week…

So, I (obviously) have been slacking on my blogging this week. I’ve bee pretty sick and missed two days of work. I’ve also, unfortunetly, been slacking a bit in my goals.

I mean, I have been tracking all of my points, and while I haven’t technically gone over yet, I have used most of my weekly extras already and I still have the weekend to go! So, I’m going to pray for the motivation it’ll take to get me through the entire weekend only using my daily points!

So, I’ve decided to create a few other pages for the blog to consolidate certain aspects of my journey. Some of these have been here for a few days, and some are brand new, but I’ll be trying to keep them updated as much as possible. I have’t added any photos to the photo page yet, but I plan to soon. I have also added a “Weigh-In and Measurement” page to track my progress, and a “Workouts” page to keep track of the exersize I’m getting. I know I said like a week and a half ago that I was starting a 5K training program (Couch to 5K) but, like with everything else, I’ve slacked off, so I officially started it on Tuesday. I will be going for my second run tonight when I get home from work, sick or not.

I’m pretty disappointed in myself thus far. I’m not nearly as motivated as I’d hoped to be. I’m really going to try and find some way to get that motivation level up, as I’m sick of being disappointed and I’m sick of blogging about not doing what I said I was going to do…:(
