Weigh-in #2
Okay, so yesterday was my second weigh-in. I checked in at 181.4 lbs. Not what I wanted to see. That’s only .1 lbs less than last Monday!
I’m not sure exactly where I went wrong this week. I mean, I did use all my weekly and activity points on WW this week, but theoretically I should be able to do that and still lose weight! I’m really frustrated right now. I guess I’ll have to be better about not using ALL of those extra points. And I’ll have to work out more…
I’ve decided that on top of the 5K training, on my “off” days, I’m going to add in some weight/strength training. I need to tone up my muscles, and doing weight training is supossed to help you lose more weight and make your cardio workouts more effective. I hope that’s true!!
Anyway, I’m still upset, but I’m just going to have to try harder this week!
