Workout Changes...

Lunch-time produce shopping!!
So, it is amazingly gorgeous here in Cleveland today, so I decided to get out of the office on my lunch break and get some fresh air. On the advice of a good friend, I’ve decided to give up alcohol for the time being. It’s just WAY too many empty calories and WW points! (Thanks Jason!!) He also suggested I give up pop (soda for those of you not from NE Ohio), but I’ve already done this for lent!

Weigh-in #7
Weighed in this morning at 178.6 lbs, so no real change from last week. So now I’m mad at myself for weighing myself in the middle of the week. I think I got too excited and maybe splurged a bit this weekend. So, no more of that.
But, on the plus size, I took my measurements again this week and I lost about an inch from all my measurements!! That was REALLY encouraging!

A Realization...
I had my second run of the week tonight. It was way harder then I was expecting. My calves seized up almost immedietley and my shin splints are as bad as ever. And when I got done my run, and saw that my run pace we even slower then on Tuesday, I was really discouraged.

I'm really excited for my run tonight!!!

Feeling better today

I went for my second run of the week yesterday, and I brought the dog again since he seemed to up my run pace so much on Monday. Unfortunetly, he didn’t do that for me again last night.
